You know it. Women are paid less, have our decisions questioned, get interrupted in meetings, passed off for big promotions, and face uncountable double standards.

There are just not enough women in tech and leadership to make a change!

HowICan is our way to help women take space on their merit. We unite to go from doubtful "can I?" to confident "here is how I can..." so we can land that job or get that promotion.

Early 2019 marks the beginning of our journey. We are ambitious women of all ages collaborating beyond borders. We are based around the USA and Europe. 

Our story started with a FB post talking about collaboration and solving a problem together. The great number of responses to that post made us realize together we can create an impact bigger than us. That led us here today constantly finding ways to help more women in tech.

Believing this is How I Can help, contribute and motivate other women to reach their goals, and acting on it is how we help each other change our worlds.
